Pam was instrumental in helping us move over 900 miles away from our hometown during a global pandemic and housing shortage with two kids under two to an area we had no familiarity with. She is truly amazing at what she does. She worked with us for over 6 months helping us research areas and school districts, doing walkthroughs for us over facetime as houses became active, taking the lead on inspections, negotiating with sellers, and keeping us motivated at the many junctures that we wanted to give up.
